Let’s stop the racist and discriminatory law:

Let’s stop the racist and discriminatory law:
“PEOPLE TRAFFIC LAW”
Author of this law: Mr. Ernst (HIP HOP) Hirsch Ballin!!!

The Statute law “People Traffic Law”, prepared by the Dutch minister Hirsch Ballin is discriminatory because the law draws a distinction between two types of Dutch;
1st class citizens are the Dutch born in Europe of Dutch parents and 2nd class citizens are all others who have a Dutch passport/nationality but not born in Europe and/or of non-European parents. The 2nd class citizen is being treated as such.
That’s why this law reminds us of the racist and discriminatory law “Apartheid” of South Africa (’50-’70), which was prepared by a European Dutchman as well.

This law was so degrading, that no other country ever tried to translate the name of this law into their own language. Nowadays in the 21st century the Dutch parliament is intending to legalize racism and discrimination by means of the “Statute law People Traffic Law”

A typical element of a Statute law is that only the Dutch Council of Ministers (read Parliament) has the final word, therefore neither Aruba, nor the Antilles (Curacao, Bonaire, Saba, St. Eustatius or St. Maarten), who form The Dutch Kingdom as well have no say in this.

The Statute law will deport Antilleans/Arubans who disturb public order in the Netherlands. What are the exact contents of public order? That’s only to the Dutch government to decide. It may vary from hanging around on the street to not paying a giro form and/or house rent in time.

The purpose of this law as though it is only applicable to Antilleans/Arubans of questionable behavior, is a big lie. To deal with citizens who obstruct the law there are excisting laws like: “The Penal Code” which by the way counts for everybody: European Dutchmen, non-European Dutchmen, Spaniards, English, Portuguese........for everybody. Then why is it necessary to introduce a Statute law to deal explicitly with problematic Antillean/Arubans???

We do not accept racism or discrimination!!!
